Valentine Day

hello ~ !
Though Valentine's Day is over,
lets look back to History of Valentine :D

Long time ago, under the rule of Emperor Claudius II Rome was involved in many bloody and unpopular campaigns.
Claudius the Emperor was having a difficult time getting soldiers to join his military leagues.
He believed that the reason was that roman men didn't want to leave their loves or families.

As a result, Claudius doesn't allowed all marriages and engagements in Rome.
One good Saint Valentine, a priest at Rome in the days of Claudius II.
He and Saint Marius secretly married the couples.
Unfortunately, this rumor heard by the Emperor.
Saint Valentine then was sent to jail, many young couples came to visit Valentine and throw notes and flowers through the jail's window as sign they believe in "LOVE"
At 14 February about year 270, Saint Valentine was beaten to death with clubs and to have his head cut off

Since that day, 14 February is celebrated as Valentine's Day and flowers as symbol of love

Happy Valentine's Day
May you find Love in everyone you meet and things you do
